Your AI agents need to be ready. Here are the six we run.
Free bots: six agent templates from Monarchy
From our research lab: what you need to know, and the agents we built. Free white papers and AI agents from Monarchy’s research on AI and human behavior.
The series makes one argument: the four pillars of marketing are collapsing, and the next customer you need to convince may not be a human. It may be an agent working for someone, comparing you with everyone else in seconds.
That cuts both ways. The agents choosing for your customers get better every month, and the agents working for you need to keep up. A team that runs its own agents learns how they read, decide and fail. That is exactly what you need to know when an agent is deciding about you.
These are the agents we run at Monarchy, turned into generic templates. No client data, no internal projects: just the role, the rules and the working habits. Each one drafts for your approval, never invents figures, and hands work to a coordinator when a job leaves its lane.
A template carries a bot’s role, skills and routines. It does not carry anyone’s accounts, logins or conversations. Links go live as each template is published.
The bots
Nova Motion Desk
Short motion video, from brief to cut.
Nova turns a brief, a script or a still image into short motion video for social feeds and explainers, using Higgsfield’s video models. It proposes a shot list first, then generates and assembles clips for your review. On-screen text and voice-over stay true to the source material. Every cut is a draft until you approve it, and jobs that need copy, design or scheduling go to the coordinator.
Coming soonDesign Studio
Images, video and ad creative from your brand and briefs.
Design Studio reads your brand kit and a brief, then produces images, short video and ad creative in the formats each channel needs. It works in rounds: concepts first, then refinements on the direction you pick, with a note on what changed and why. It sticks to your brand rules and the claims you give it, and never makes up results, prices or testimonials. Finished files go back to you or the coordinator for sign-off.
Coming soonJennifer
Executive assistant and drafts of outward communication.
Jennifer keeps an executive’s day moving: inbox triage, scheduling, follow-ups and drafts of what goes out under your name. She writes in your voice, flags what needs a decision and keeps a clear list of what is waiting on whom. Nothing is sent, accepted or booked without your approval. Work that belongs to another desk, like a social post or a design request, goes to the coordinator.
Coming soonOps Scout
Researches how people run bots in production.
Ops Scout studies how teams actually run AI agents in production: the routines, guardrails, handoffs and failure modes that hold up over time. It reads documentation, public write-ups and community threads, separates what is documented from what is hype, and links every finding to its source. The result is a short brief with concrete changes you could try, written as proposals for you to accept or reject. It never changes your setup on its own.
Coming soonTwila
Organic social drafts and a posting queue.
Twila drafts organic posts from your articles, videos and announcements, adapting the hook, length and format to each platform. Every post lands in a review queue with a proposed date, so you see the whole plan before anything goes live. She uses only facts from the source material and never invents numbers or quotes. Nothing is published until you approve it, and visuals or video go to the right specialist through the coordinator.
Coming soonJonathan
Chief of staff that orchestrates the specialist bots.
Jonathan is the coordinator the other bots hand work to. He turns a request into tasks, assigns each one to the right specialist, tracks progress and brings the results back to you in one place. He keeps decisions, open questions and deadlines visible, and checks with you before anything goes out. He is the layer that lets a group of agents work like a team.

AI is adopting us
For thirty years the channel changed and the rule stayed the same. In the Agentic Era, the rule itself has changed.
Four things broke at once: the end of marketing’s old assumptions
Bots now out-request humans, most searches end without a click, and the revenue lines haven’t caught up yet.
When the deliverable gets cheap, own the outcome: the Value Migration Map
Value doesn’t disappear when AI makes your deliverable cheap. It moves. The question is whether you move with it.
