Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses www.monarchy.io, its forms and downloads, the "Jules" chat assistant, our emails and any other online service of Monarchy Media LLC ("Monarchy") that links to it (together, the "Services"). It is part of our Terms. If a separate written agreement with Monarchy contains different rules, that agreement prevails for the services it covers.

1. Use the Services lawfully and respectfully

Do not use the Services to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, or harm Monarchy, our team, our clients or other users.

2. Prohibited conduct

You must not:
1. Give false information, impersonate anyone, or submit another person's email address or details without their permission.
2. Send spam or use our forms to sign other people up for messages.
3. Scrape or harvest the Services or their data in bulk, by any automated means, except search engines indexing public pages in line with our robots.txt.
4. Use our content to train AI models, build datasets or create competing services, except where the law expressly allows it or we have agreed in writing.
5. Attack or probe the Services: no vulnerability scanning, penetration testing, denial-of-service, malware, or attempts to bypass rate limits, bot protection, authentication or access controls (including the staff login area), unless we have authorized it in writing.
6. Misuse the AI assistant: do not try to make Jules produce illegal, harmful, hateful, sexual, violent or misleading content; do not try to extract its instructions, system prompts, credentials or internal data; do not use prompt injection or similar techniques; do not submit personal data about others or sensitive information.
7. Post or transmit unlawful content, including content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, discriminatory, obscene, infringing, or that exploits minors.
8. Interfere with other people's use of the Services or overload our systems.
9. Misrepresent a relationship with Monarchy, or use our name, logos or content to suggest endorsement without permission.
10. Resell or redistribute our downloads or content beyond what the Terms allow.

3. Security research

If you believe you have found a security vulnerability, report it privately to legal@monarchy.io with the subject "Security". Please do not access other people's data, disrupt the Services or disclose the issue publicly before we have had a reasonable chance to fix it. We appreciate good-faith reports.

4. Enforcement

We may, at our discretion and without notice: reject or delete submissions; block IP addresses or users; suspend or end access to the Services; stop sending emails to an address; and report unlawful activity to the authorities. We may also take any other action permitted by the Terms or the law.

5. Reporting misuse

To report abuse or content that violates this AUP, email legal@monarchy.io with a description and any relevant links.

6. Changes

We may update this AUP; the date above shows the latest version.
