Last updated: October 27, 2026
Monarchy Media LLC ("Monarchy") respects intellectual property rights and expects users of www.monarchy.io (the "Site") to do the same. This policy explains how to report content you believe infringes your copyright, and how to respond if your content was removed. It follows the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
1. Our content
Unless stated otherwise, the content of the Site (articles, PDFs, videos, images, graphics, logos, design and code) belongs to Monarchy or its licensors. How you may use it is set out in section 5 of our Terms. To ask for permission to republish or license our content, write to legal@monarchy.io.
2. Designated copyright agent
Copyright Agent, Monarchy Media LLC
650 Cleveland Street #2291, Clearwater, Florida, United States
Email: legal@monarchy.io (subject line: "DMCA Notice")
3. How to file an infringement notice
Your notice must be in writing and include:
1. Your physical or electronic signature (or that of a person authorized to act for the copyright owner).
2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed (or a representative list if several works are covered).
3. Identification of the material you claim is infringing, with enough information for us to locate it (for example the exact URL).
4. Your contact information: name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
5. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
6. A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on its behalf.
Notices that do not include these elements may not be acted on.
4. What we do
When we receive a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the material promptly, and, where we can, notify the person who provided it, including a copy of the notice.
5. Counter-notice
If your material was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to our agent including:
1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material removed and where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if you are outside the United States, any judicial district in which Monarchy may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice or their agent.
We will forward the counter-notice to the original complainant. Unless they tell us within 10 to 14 business days that they have filed a court action, we may restore the material.
6. Misrepresentation
Under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), anyone who knowingly makes a material misrepresentation in a notice or counter-notice may be liable for damages. If you are not sure whether material infringes your rights, consider getting legal advice first.
7. Repeat infringers
Where applicable, we will terminate access for users who are repeat infringers.
8. Other intellectual property complaints
For trademark or other IP concerns, or for notices from outside the United States, write to legal@monarchy.io with the details. We review every report.
