Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information / Privacy Requests

This page explains how to make a privacy request to Monarchy Media LLC ("Monarchy"), wherever you live. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. We do not sell or share your personal information

Monarchy does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising (as those terms are defined in the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA). We do not use advertising pixels or third-party advertising cookies on our website. We do not use personal data for targeted advertising or for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

Even though there is nothing to opt out of today, you can still record an opt-out request with us. If our practices ever change, your request will be honored.

Global Privacy Control (GPC): if your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out of sale and sharing for that browser.

2. Requests you can make

Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- Know / access what personal information we hold about you and get a copy;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Delete your personal information;
- Opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or profiling;
- Limit use of sensitive personal information (we do not use it for purposes that require this right);
- Withdraw consent or object to processing, including direct marketing;
- Port your data to another service;
- Unsubscribe from our emails (or use the link in any email).

3. How to submit a request

Email legal@monarchy.io with the subject "Privacy request" and include:
- your name and the email address you used with us;
- which request(s) you are making (from the list above);
- your state or country of residence;
- if you are an authorized agent, proof that the person authorized you to act for them.

4. Verification

To protect you, we verify requests by matching the information you give us with what we hold, usually by confirming the request from the email address we have on file. We only use the information you provide for verification and to respond.

5. Timing

We confirm receipt and respond within the time the law requires: for example, within 45 days under California law (extendable once by 45 days with notice), and within one month under the EU and UK GDPR (extendable where allowed). Requests are free of charge, unless manifestly unfounded or excessive.

6. Appeals

If we decline your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision or emailing legal@monarchy.io with the subject "Appeal". We will respond within the time required by your state's law. If you are not satisfied, you may contact your state Attorney General or, in Europe, your data protection authority.

7. Non-discrimination

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.
