1. Summary
- We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, tracking pixels or third-party marketing tags on the Site.
- We store a few small preference values in your browser to make the Site work the way you choose (language, light/dark theme), and on our resource pages we remember campaign parameters for the current visit so that a download request records where you came from.
- Some content is loaded from third parties (fonts and embedded videos). These providers receive your IP address when the content loads.
- Because we only use storage that is strictly necessary for features you request, we do not show a cookie banner. If we ever add analytics or advertising technologies, we will ask for your consent first where the law requires it, and update this page.

Cookies or similar data may be set by our security provider (Cloudflare) to protect the Site from bots and attacks, for example __cf_bm or a challenge cookie. These are strictly necessary and contain no information used for marketing.
3. Third-party content

4. Chat assistant and forms
The "Jules" chat and our forms send what you type to our servers when you press send; they do not set cookies. If you use voice input in the chat, your browser's speech service converts your voice to text (in some browsers this is processed by the browser provider).
5. How to control storage
You can delete local and session storage and cookies at any time in your browser settings (usually under Privacy or Site data), and block them for monarchy.io. The Site will still work; it will just forget your language or theme choice. We honor Global Privacy Control signals.
