AI Disclosure

Monarchy works on how businesses operate in the AI era, and we use AI ourselves. This page explains, plainly, where you may be dealing with AI when you interact with Monarchy Media LLC ("Monarchy", "we"), and how to reach a person whenever you want.

1. Where we use AI

  • "Jules" on our website. The chat on our What we do page is Jules, an AI assistant. Jules is software, not a person. It answers questions about what we do and can point you to a call with our team.
  • Emails and messages. Many of our emails are sent automatically (for example the email that delivers a download you asked for). Some of our messages, including outreach and follow-ups, are drafted, personalized or sent with the help of AI.
  • Our AI team. Some messages come from members of our AI team, such as Jennifer, an AI executive assistant. Members of our AI team are AI systems, not people, and they work under the supervision of the Monarchy team.
  • Content. Some articles, summaries, images, video, captions, translations or voice on our website and in our downloads may be researched, drafted, generated or edited with AI tools. A person at Monarchy decides what we publish.

2. What AI does not do here

  • We do not use AI to make decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
  • We do not present an AI as a human. If you ask whether you are talking to a person or an AI, we will tell you the truth.
  • We do not use AI to imitate a real, identifiable person's voice or likeness without that person's permission.

3. How to reach a human

You can ask for a person at any time:
- Reply to any of our emails and write that you would like to speak with a person. A member of our team will pick it up.
- Book a call with our team: cal.com/ad-monarchy/30min.
- Email legal@monarchy.io for anything related to privacy, your data, these practices or a complaint.

4. Limits of AI outputs

AI can be wrong, incomplete or out of date. Answers from Jules and AI-assisted content are general information, not professional advice and not a binding offer (see our Disclaimer and Terms). Please do not share confidential, health, financial or other sensitive information with Jules.

5. Your data and AI

How AI providers process data on our behalf, and your rights, are described in our Privacy Policy (section 4). You can stop our automated update emails at any time with the unsubscribe link in every email (see our Communications & Email Policy).

6. Questions or concerns

If you think an AI-generated message or piece of content from us is inaccurate, misleading or inappropriate, tell us at legal@monarchy.io. We review every report.
