Call recording. Calls with our call center may be recorded and monitored for quality, training and compliance. We tell you at the start of every call, before the conversation begins. Recordings may be transcribed and reviewed with software, including AI tools, by vendors bound by confidentiality and, where health information is involved, by Business Associate Agreements.
