Full-arch and All-on-X

Full-arch cases take time to decide. We stay with each inquiry for as long as it takes, by phone and text, so the consult happens when the person is ready.

This is one of the biggest decisions a dental patient makes. It often involves a spouse and a budget, sometimes a second opinion too. One ad and one call are not enough.

We run campaigns aimed at full-arch candidates and hand every lead to a follow-up sequence our agents work by hand. Financing questions come up early, so we ask about them before the visit and pass the notes to your team.

How we approach it

  1. Map the leaks

We start with your phones and your schedule, not your ads. Where do leads go unanswered? Where do bookings fail to show? Each of those is an attrition point, and each one gets an owner.

  2. Fix the answer before buying more traffic

More leads into a line nobody picks up is wasted spend. We make sure every lead is contacted by a person, fast, before we scale campaigns.

  3. Launch the campaigns

Search, social and local campaigns aimed at the services you want to grow, with landing pages written for people comparing options.

  4. Confirm, recover, report

Confirmations and no-show calls protect the visit. Results are counted in your own system, not ours.

How it usually unfolds

  1. Setup

Access to your scheduling system, call scripts written in your language, campaign accounts reviewed.

  2. Launch

Campaigns go live and every lead gets a call. We watch contact and booking rates closely.

  3. Ongoing

Confirmations, recall and reactivation run alongside new patient work. We review results with you on a fixed rhythm.

Every practice moves at its own pace, so we do not attach dates to these phases.

What we track

  • Time from lead to first call
  • Contact rate on new leads
  • Appointments booked, by service
  • Show rate on booked visits
  • Recovered no-shows
  • Cost per booked appointment

What we need from you

  • Access to your scheduling system or a clear booking process
  • Your services, price ranges and insurance rules
  • A contact on your team for escalations
  • Approval of scripts and ad copy before launch

A common mistake

Giving up after two calls. Full-arch decisions often take a long time, and the practice that stays in touch politely is often the one chosen.

Questions we hear

How long do you keep following up?

Until the person books, says no, or asks us to stop. You set the cadence.

How many dental offices do you work with?

Monarchy partners with over 200 dental offices in the US.

Where are appointments counted?

In your own scheduling system. That is the number we report on, not one we keep ourselves.

Tell us about your practice.

Pricing and scope are set on the first call.
